Dan, do you recommend me buying an XBox? (I was thinking PS2 because of Kingdom Hearts)

If you want a less powerfull system..go for the PS2
a lot of xbox titles coming out this year are going to ROCK (and you REALLY cant beat xbox live)
...but kingdom hearts IS a good game..but im never one to buy a system for just a single game...
personally..id say xbox all the way (splinter cell, halo, driver 3 (when its out), Midtown madness 3 (also when its out), fable (likewise), doom 3 (again), wolfenstein (almost out), oddworld, dead or alive 3, jet set radio future, apex, project gotham racing, lord of the rings, etc etc
im not saying PS2 doesnt have its share of good titles..i just think the less powerfull it is..the more of a waste it is
Hmmmm...Maybe I'll stick with Spidey and wait for it to drop in price a little more...

Wow, I knew Dan was a master, but...
I'm totally not worthy of walking among you.
My first system was something we called Telegame. It had 10 games, everything Pong-style. Then when I was 3 my granddaddy got me an Atari 2600, complete with a wooden case to store it, like 20 or 30 catridges and the controlers.
After that I had a Master System, then a Genesis, then a Sega CD. All this time, best friends had NES and SNES, so I was covered. Oh, I had a Game Boy, too. But few games, we had to import them, at the time.
With N64, I was sold to Nintendo. Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, Perfect Dark, Conkers... After it got stolen ( 
), we got a Gamecube, and I couldn't be happier. I got a Game Boy Color for Julia about a year before Advance came out... :brick: And now my brother is gonna get a PS2 with his first pay check, tomorrow.
I gotta admit, Dan, I never gave much heed to X-Box untill now that you mentioned it'll have Midtown Madness 3. I LOVED MM 2. Will it come out to PC as well?
I remember my brother did this huge research to decide which system to buy. We opted for the Cube simply because it was more powerful than PS2 and X-Box's biggest appeal is X-Box Live which, to us, is the same as nothing, since it'd cost a fortune to get it to work...
As for arcades, I have an old rule. It doesn't matter what you have at home, you can only achieve true happiness if you pay a visit to your local arcade every now and then. That's why I think Disney Quest is heaven in heaven! :lol:

College hockey is brutal. I stopped a 75 + mile an hour slap shot with my face. Talk about a lil wake up call eh? It dented my cage, which is roughly 6 gauge steel.

Hey, don't worry about it, I knew I wouldn't see myself there because I never use character Avatars. But it sure is cool!
