I know that the Barnstormer is, indeed, staying. Sad about the area going. If I were them, I'd fix up the place and make it larger, maybe removing those tents and opening up some of that space between Mermaid and the two houses. I actually walked through Minnie's house for the first time on our recent trip last week. Got lots of pics, inside and out, of everything. Glad I got to pay my final respects since the next time we'll be there, this area will be history.
