Mickey's Not so scary halloween party

Hi!
What is Mickey's halloween party about? Is it just trick or treating and stuff for kids, or is there stuff for adults to enjoy also? I'm planning for a late Oct. trip, but it's just 4 adults. I wasn't sure if this was a must see for adults or not.

Trick or Treating is for everyone! My mom is 74 and she went begging for candy just like the rest of us.

You see quite a few adults in costume, the parade is awesome and the fireworks are great. There is talk around the forum that there will be a new fireworks show this year.

Halloween Party

Mickey's Halloween Party is alot of fun, my husband and I have attended the last 4 years and we always have fun getting candy, the parade is awesome, lights down main street are pretty cool. It's a great experience:sohappy:

Most if not all of the rides are opened.

The Halloween Party is a blast! I love it...granted, it IS geared towards the youngin's (unlike the VERY adult Halloween Horror Nights at Universal) but it is still very fun.

We went two years ago and had a ball. There was a special reception for AP holders upstairs at CHH. All of the Disney Villans were there and made sport of "stealing" everyones candy bags. It is great fun.

Is it worth paying the extra money for the tickets? Are there tons of people there? I have never been, and didn't know when it started. I had called to change some dinner reservations and the CM was telling me about. I am seriously thinking about buying some tickets and would appreciate everyone advice and tips. Do I ahve to have admission for the MK for that day or do the tickets (to MNSSHP) cover that? Because I plan on going to EPCOT on that certain day. Thanks.
