Is Eisner going to make Mickey retire since he's 75 and past the age limit, like Roy was?
I bet he will... For what I heard...
He said "Whinnie the pooh is selling more then Mickey..." If you go into Disney Store you will noticed that theres all this Princess crap everywhere.... Like 60% of the store is filled with Princess girly things. then a Buzz Lightyear toy.
Whats going on here?! I dont see any... Mickey?!!?

Im sure not as Roy was precluded from being on the Board of Directors because of his age. I dont think there is an age limit for a corporate symbol!! Sorry Mickey!!!!
Also please keep in mind that Roy was the one who brought in Eisner in the first place, replacing the then CEO Ron Miller who is Walt's son in law!!!
I am not sure who is right or who is wrong here and Im sure there are all different points of view, but I dont think this will be a very clear cut black and white case, I think there will be MANY shades of gray here!! Belle

I read the book "The Rise of Michael Eisner and the Fall of everyone else" that Roy brought in Frank Wells and that Frank Wells brought Michael Eisner with him. The book said that Wells was the only one that could keep Eisner in control. If that was true, then that explains why he runs amuck now.
