I remember being down their for when they had those. They had some really cool ones. I got my pic taken with an all purple one( my high school had purple as their color) and the Detroit Red Wings one (i play hockey, although i despise the Wings)

So if the Tigers one went to Comerica, does that mean that the Red Wings one is in Joe Louis?

I'll keep my eye open for the Red Wings one this winter, although I didn't see it there for the two games I went to this year. I want to say Jerry Bruckheimer designed it, so maybe he has it?

Well, he's from Cincy, so he could be a Blue Jackets fan, and if that's the case, I just want to say, I'm sorry. :lookaroun

Ok...I saw the link someone had posted on where you can purchase the replicas, but I was just wondering if this is the only place producing them, how many are released right now, and what they cost a piece...Also, if they are in staggered release, how long until they are all out...Thanks guys.

Hey cb3k,

Yes, Westland Giftware is the only one's producing them...but you can buy them at many places.

For example, Ebay where I first saw them. Averaging in price between $16 - $25 a piece. Just do a search on Ebay for "Mickey inspearation", and you get MANY listings!!

As far as their staggered release...I know that's what Westland Giftware is doing, but I don't have specific dates. I have contacted Westland Giftware directly for information on their release schedule. I'm hoping to hear something back soon.

Thank you for the response....I hope none of them have been sent to "the vault" with Westland Giftware. I would purchase them off of ebay but I would rather get the packaged originals without the chance of imperfections...etc.

Does anyone know where the Regis Philbin Mickey went to? I was fortunate enough to see them in DC before they were auctioned off.

This one was by far the best statue

Yes, the Red Wing Mickey does now live at Joe Louis Arena.

Here is a picture of him with my Son from a game we attended last season.

Hey all,

As we got going with this thread, I was wondering...does anyone else out there have pictures or location news of the whereabouts of the other Mickey InspEARation statues?

I think it would be great to get a sort of log going to identify where as many of them are currently.....

...thoughts, input, etc? What do you think?

I'm going to the Tigers vs. Athletics game on Friday, I'm going to try and get a picture of the one at Comerica Park then.

Pretty sure the MLB one is at Minute Maid Park in Houston, home to the Astros, and host of that year's (or the next year's) All-Star Game...

I noticed that the design on him matched the ASG design from Houston.

I cannot confirm this, but considering the trend of the sports team ones, I'd say it's there.

Any Houstonians, or Texans know for sure? I'm in the Dallas area and haven't been back down home in a while... not for a game anyway.

The things you didn't notice the first time around!!

As I went through my daily routines here at work at The Home Depot corporate offices, and passing by Mickey again, I noticed something "new". As I walked up to Mickey, I looked down at his feet and saw The Home Depot "Home Improevements 1-2-3" book. Although I've seen it before, I did not notice the actual cover of the book.....sporting Pluto's doghouse, Gippetto creating Pinocchio, and an artist drawing Mickey!

Hmm...that was pretty cool.....but then I looked closer at that book. And on the back of the book, of all things....a HIDDEN MICKEY!!!

See the attached pictures...and enjoy!!!

Ive watched a fair number of games on TV this year and have not heard anything about it. I have not been to the park however, but would have thought I would have seen it at some point in time on TV...

Does anyone out there have an updates on other locations that other statues have been found and/or pictures of them?

Thanks,
lildivaaa
