La Hacienda de San Angel or San Angel Inn??? What are your thoughts and input? We want to eat at one but not sure which is better.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
If forced to choose between the two, it would be La Hacienda simply becasue the food is "Disney better" between the two. SAI has, IMO, awesome ambiance but the food is so "meh". A bonus to LA Hacienda is if you time it with Illuminations you could have a nice view of that during dinner.La Hacienda de San Angel or San Angel Inn??? What are your thoughts and input? This will probably make my choice. I like the more Americanized version over the traditional. I think I will got with La Hacienda!!Im not 100% positive as it has been a while since we dined there. San Angel Inn is more traditional or gormet Mexican food. Hacienda is what i considered more of an Americanized version.
If it were me i would do dinner outside and desert inside. I love the atmosphere inside. This will probably make my choice. I like the more Americanized version over the traditional. I think I will got with La Hacienda!!
What do you mean by inside and outside? If it were me i would do dinner outside and desert inside.

Dining at either is really nice. Service we found to be excellent. View onto the lagoon is excellent (if you are seated by the windows) Reflections of Earth we viewed from La Hacienda last December with no problem (they also pipe in the audio). Lights are lowered during the fireworks and you can move around for a better view if you are seated away from the windows. Dining at the Inn expect some difficulty viewing the menu if you have a vision problem. The lighting is very low. My family experienced no problems but some of our neighbors did. It is all a matter of choices and expectations. We shall dine at both locations this coming December.La Hacienda de San Angel or San Angel Inn??? What are your thoughts and input? We are on the dining plan so I don't want to have to pay out of pocket.Skip Epcot and go to Frontera Cocina in DIsney Springs. Rick Bayless has spent his entire life perfecting the art of Mexican cuisine and if I'm spending my money somewhere in WDW it's at his restaurant.
One more question about these restaurants. Spicy doesn't bother my kids but I can't eat very "hot" food. How is the spicy level of the food at these two Mexican restaurants?
