It was bacon, cheddar, a poached egg, and lobster, back when they had a la cart options. So mainly a breakfast burger, but with the extra inherent deliciousness of lobster. I liked it a lot.

Ever have the PB&J Burger at ESPN? Was surprisingly good.
I missed out but the burger with peanut butter, jalapeno jam and smoked bacon with cheese looked interesting.

I had forgotten about the Figaro Fries, The DW and I would get them every trip!! RIP Figaro Fries !!

I had a meatball sub from The Land in the EPCOT Center days that was great. (Hadn't really found another that was as good as I remember until recently at Firehouse Subs.)
In the early 90s, I remember there being a make-your-own pizza bar at Trails End in Fort Wilderness in the evenings. (So basically MOD Pizza before they existed.)
Also Tangaroa Terrance as previously mentioned. I remember getting the "Pink Leilani" there, which was basically a strawberry orange smoothie. Probably nothing special today, but not really something that was common in the 80s. (I still don't understand why they didn't put Trader Sam's in this building instead of cramming another popular spot into the GCH.)

I LOVED the Pink Leilani! I don’t see why they don’t have it on the menu still. Very easy to make and I still do. I also agree with Tangaroa being the perfect space for Grog Grotto.

Gaston’s Cinnamon rolls are the best. Very rich in cinnamon and you can request extra icing. DW never can finish hers so i get my one and a half serving. When we go to MK some mornings we skip food court breakfast and do Gaston’s. They have a Gaston’s souviner mug (Lefous brew ) with an apple juice drink . i really miss the ham delicacy they used to have at Gaston's, but that was awhile ago. I love sugar,, but it isn't always my greatest friend...
I love beignets which is sold at Port Orleans. I've been to the real deal at Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans. The ones at WDW taste the same quality. Pre 2001 the breakfast buffet at Port had all u can eat beignets delivered fresh to your table when requested . That was awesome.
