So, Im attempting to get a basic plan for my May 2014 trip with my fiance for our anniversary.:D We will be in Orlando May 4 to May 11. We plan on doing 6 parks:
Magic Kingdom
Hollywood Studios
Epcot
Typhoon Lagoon
Universal Studios
Islands of Adventure

Which means a visit to one of these parks will fall on a Saturday  ... Which one would be the most bearable on a Saturday in May?

I am not sure on the universal parks, but I would say any of the Disney parks are manageable on that day! The first an second week of may is a great time to visit Disney! Great weather and low wait times at all the parks. Last year we never saw a wait of more than a half hour durin that week! We will be in the world same time in may again this year!

I would suggest EPCOT based on previous experience and it seems to swallow crowds. The go to the mall/shopping on sunday
