Mary Poppins has moved to the upper level train station on Main Street U.S.A. . She used to meet near The Chapeau in Town Square. Her penguins are also now meeting with her.

I think this is temporary for two parts.

1. Construction by her normal gate is not attractive
2. Trains are under refurb so no issue with a ton of guest traffic up there

Yes, Most likely temporary

FYI.... She has three sets, two in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Lately she moves around depending on what day. A few weeks ago I saw her up at the train station, but a few days later, she was meeting in front of the Confectionary on the corner.

During Villains Unleashed, some villains rode Tower and Star Tours.

In short, yes. It's not a Disneyland exclusive.

I believe the only restriction is fur can't ride the carousel. @drew81 would know For sure

I wish Mary were dressed in her Nanny outfit (dark coat and hat, parrot-headed umbrella), instead of her Jolly Holiday one. The former is much more recognizable as the character.

The Jolly holiday outfit is lovely, but the hat, coat and penguin umbrella is classic Poppins. I'd much prefer to see that.

No not really. Bert sometimes pops up with her at the Character Palooza set in Hollywood Studios but you're not likely to see him. He appears just about everyday over at Disneyland.

Does she ever appear spontaneously anymore? In January 2011 she tripped out into Fantasyland as her entourage sang "Step in Time.". She played games with my kids (and others) for a few minutes before popping back inside.
