Channing Tatum’s back!
They could die still in Thunderbolts and then appear in a flashback in this movie. At least we know the Thunderbolts* will survive the ending of their movie.
Let's hope not. They could die still in Thunderbolts and then appear in a flashback in this movie.
Or wind up being a variant.

They’re saving Iman Vellani for her own video.Soo is there a 2nd wave right there’s no way
Why all this hate for Iman Vellani? They’re saving Iman Vellani for her own video.
I don’t know. Ask Kevin Feige why neither she nor any of her Marvels costars made the cut so far, but 20CF castoffs didWhy all this hate for Iman Vellani?
That is not what I meant and you know it.I don’t know. Ask Kevin Feige why neither she nor any of her Marvels costars made the cut so far, but 20CF castoffs did
Doomday and Secret Wars was always going to be a huge ensemble cast. So don't see how they can go back to a 5 person team when the story is meant to be universe impactful if going based off the comics.Didn't they once say they were going back to a smaller team like the first Avengers?
This seems simultaneously amazing but also a little desperate.
I feel the success of Deadpool Vs. Wolverine really cemented the approach of just throwing every bit of name recognition and nostalgia into a movie and people will eat it up.

Agreed, though I expect to see them (and almost everyone still left on the board not already in this movie) in Secret Wars.None of the Young Avengers purported casting has appeared.
I kind of think the TV side needs its own "Avengers" and that's always been the more likely outcome.

By the time this movie comes out, we'll have been 7 years since the last Avengers movie of any kind. That is longer than any other point in the MCU in the last 18 years when this is released, average was 3 years previously. So how long are you expecting them to go before we have another Avengers event level movie? How long do they need to build it up in order to get to that level? 10 years? The reason it gives a bit of desperation vibes is they're not willing to wait. I assumed they'd develop previous Fox properties like X-Men and Fantastic Four from the ground up and build to another big event.
Endgame was a true culmination of story and characters developed well over time. The fact that a comic book movie could open with 45 minutes or so of mostly drama and character, and not bore audiences, is a testament to that.
I feel here they want another big event but instead of earning it they're dragging the X-Men out of mothballs as a bit of a cheat so they can do it right now.
Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with using the existing franchise, and I'm sure it will be fun. I do wonder why they're so dependent on the old pre-MCU stuff all of a sudden.
