No one mentioned the addendum to the contract where Universal will be required to demolish Dr. Phillips High School in order to fulfill completion of their third gate by 2016. Existing students will be relocated to a smaller classroom facility currently under construction between Toon Lagoon and Jurassic Park. Guests will be able to ride the Pineapple Express as exclusive transportation to the new park. The internet told me so.
