Photo update as of Saturday, Feb 21. Detail on the wooden railing is now in place. The brown color matches the light poles on the Marketplace Causeway and the outdoor light fixtures on the bar columns match the kiosk light fixtures on the Causeway also.

At the pace they're going with this one I'd have to imagine you'd be good to go come May 1st but I have no idea on what date they plan to have it complete by.

looks like someone got fired

theirs a bunch of extra holes where the railings were apparently originally attached wrong the first time around.

It'd be nice if they actually sold freshly picked produce here...as in a counter service dining place or something. It will be pretty nice when finished, don't get me wrong, but just how many places do they need in Disney Springs that sell booze (while there is seemingly a lack of quick-service dining)?

They could have just been testing something for the designers to see it "in real life" and then go back to the drawing board to make a final decision.

From looking at the pictures over the months, it appears that the Boathouse has been painted over and over again like 20 times...and not just that brown wall. Someone can't seem to make up their mind on colors. :)

Not really. They just used tinted primer. Tinting the primer makes the final color more vibrant and saves you from having to apply more coats of paint to achieve the same look.

Photo update as of Friday, Mar 20.

The sign above the bar is back (as of a few days ago)! As seen in this close-up of the front of the Margarita Bar that faces the Marketplace, a menu has been posted between the order windows. Margaritas will sell for $8.75 to $12.25.

Most of the construction materials have been removed from the deck. The deck around the bar is made of the same material as the Marketplace Causeway bridge. Hanging lights have been installed around the perimeter of the deck. With a few more pieces of wood to be painted/stained and tables and chairs to be delivered, this might have a soft opening in just days, certainly before the spring break season.
