I dont know if its true but ive heard stories that this ballot is rigged. i have asked the UN to send in observers to ensure there is no foul play or intimidation.
And they will be monitoring the level of keech spouted during the whole event.:animwink:

All balloting is being carefully observed by Al Gore to catch any irregularities....

and keech in any form has been expressly forbidden. Anyone caught using it will be subjected to 12 consecutive hours of the "Country Bear Jamboree."
