Maliboomer Question

Yup, it's a scream shield. As I understand it, they're trying to keep the screaming noise from disturbing the hotels and businesses along the street nearby (since the Maliboomer is at the back of DCA). Although I'm sure they see it as having a dual purpose to keep people from spitting at the top.

if they are calling it a scream shield it is probley used to help soften the noice from the screamers on the ride because of noise restriction laws! Athough that is just a guess.

It's version 2.3 of the cone of silence in case you need to discuss the latest evil plot from CHAOS.

Cheers.
