Making T-Shirts

I have a family reunion to go to this summer down in VA, and I want to make Stitch T-Shirts for my "branch" of the family. (Mind you, if I were to make it for everyone in the family, I would have to make 100+ T-Shirts (I have a HUMONGO family.))
So I was thinking to put a pci. of Stitch (and pos. Lilo, too) and have undernath it "O'hana Means Family" and then on the back "Cooke Family Reunion 2005". (My last name is not Cooke, btw.)
So my question is, where would I get the iron-on transfer paper for my computer and how exactly would I go about making the T-Shirts.
Also, do you think the idea is good or should I just trash the idea??
Thanks guys!!

You can get the transfer papers at Staples and stores like that. I've even seen it in WalMart.
How many shirts are you making? Get cotton/poly blend shirts and wash them to pre shrink them before hand (get them a little bigger). Then iron them and use a shirtboard (you can find them in the craft store- they are used for painting shirts) when you iron on the transfers. Make sure the transfer is centered properly.
You can make up the words for the back of the shirt on the computer, print them out and iron them on the same way.

There are many graphic programs available that allow you to put graphics and lettering together. Remember, your program or your printer software should be able to reverse the image for printing onto iron-on transfer paper.

You can get transfer paper for t-shirts at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples...you get the idea.

Follow all the instructions that come with the transfer paper and you'll do just fine. I've made custom Disney t-shirts for my kids everytime we've been to WDW.

Have fun!

EDIT****** Yeah, and do what tigsmom said, also!!!!

I have an old Cannon Printer (about 6 years or so) that came with transfer papers and the program to do shirts. Its really easy to do.

Wash the shirts inside out afterwards to keep the picture fresh.
