Does anyone have that older "cheat" link that I can use? I don't wanna call and hit them with 6 gift card numbers.

Did you book direct through Disney? I used AAA for the first time EVER and found out that payments have to go through them and cannot be made online.

That's annoying. Maybe try a different browser? Unfortunately that's the extent of my knowledge on the subject. Good luck!

I tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, my phone, my laptops, my work computers, Colleens computers. It's a known problem. The "Old School" link is floating around...someone knows what it is !

I don't know what the old link is.:( I was able to make payments on the new site, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to enter more than one at a time. I had to keep going back to the main MDE page and pulling up my reservation and entering the gift card number. I finally gave up and called them. They didn't seem to mind putting in multiple cards for me.

I recently used 39 gift cards and one credit card to pay off my trip. It was slightly annoying to do because you can only do one card at a time. Then after the payment is applied, leave the payment page, and then go back to it again to add another card. So I wasn't sitting there forever, I did a few gift cards each day until I had them all processed.

In the past, I did call and do it over the phone, again with a large number of gift cards. The call took awhile, but the CM was happy to do it and very patient.

If you are having trouble with the site, I would just call.

Like I said...I'm not much help.

I did read something that said if you go through the "customized maps" link on MDE it brings you to the old website but I couldn't figure out how to get to the payment page from there (maybe because I CAN'T make payments online - you may have better luck).

I don't know the old link, but I can tell you where I find the payment option on mine. Maybe this is what you have tried and it isn't working, but here it is.
Go to My Disney Experience
Scroll down to My Reservations
Once that comes up....and for some reason it always takes mine longer than I would expect to load....in the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations section it shows my Remaing Balance and right beside it there is an option to make a payment.
Hope this helps. Sorry I don't have the old link.

I had the same problem, I tried ever browser possible and computer in my house. There's one thing that worked for me and it may or may not work for you...I literally just kept refreshing the page until "Make a payment" finally popped up. It takes me literally 3-5 tries every time but, it does work.

Anytime a travel agent is used to book the trip all payments have to go through that agent. Gift cards should not be a problem though. I dont have the link, but as others have said you are probably best off calling it in. I have done that for my clients in the past and it was no problem!!! Marie
