After making my ADRs on Saturday, I realized that I hadn't indicated our allergies. I called back yesterday. First I was asked to press 1 for reservations after May 25th and was transferred directly to the end of call survey. When I called back I was put in the right que. On Saturday the CM only asked for my resort reservation number, not my phone number. The CM I talked to Sunday couldn't find any of my ADRs attached to my reservation # or my phone #:brick:. After he put me on hold and got his supervisor, they still couldn't find my ADRs. At this point I was starting to panic:fork:

I finally asked if using the individual confirmation numbers would do it. He was able to find all of ADRs that way:shrug: but he still couldn't find them connected in the system in any way shape or form. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking 20. Their IT people really need to get on the ball and fix this thing. The supervisor speculated that the problem was related to the fact that I booked my vacation online instead of over the phone.:hammer:

Just be sure to keep you confirmation numbers. It may be the only way to retrieve your ADRs.

Thanks for posting this. This has happened to me to.

As a side note, bring those individual confirmation numbers with you. When we went to dine at Le Cellier they could not find our ressie, out came my index card with all my confirmation #'s and viola they found us.

Good side note. That happened to us at Teppan Edo in May. It can be really frustrating.

When you book in at your resort, ask them for a printout of your reservations - they have the res no's, times etc on there.

The resort won't be able to print them out if they aren't connected to anything. That's what mine are like right now. For some reason they are not attached to a resort reservation number or a phone number. He also had to go back into the old systen to access my CM ressie that I made prior to the new system going live.

They weren't lost per se. They just weren't connected to anything except the individual confirmation numbers. Neither the cast member nor his supervisor could locate the ADRs through my phone number or resort reservation number. The ADRs weren't linked together in anyway. This issue could also make it a lot easier for people to make multiple ADRs at one time.

I totally understand, I only called back because I needed to add the allergy info to our ADRs.
