I can attest to the OPs story. In 2008 my wife was going into a severe ashtma attach (along with undiognosed pnemonia) so we pulled into Saratoga Springs they immediately call an ambulance which arrive in 5 minutes (felt like an hour). Their security stayed with us the entire time she was treated in the ambulance and he was completely unphased by our 16 year old daughter's melt down. Once stable with nebulizer treatments they drove her to the hospital in Celebration where she spent the next 3 days. This November she and I go to use up the last days of our unused tickets in that trip.

Even after that I say I'll never have a bad day at WDW. I think something has to be really, really awful for me to say something bad. Even after 5 trips over 35 years.
