Thanks for your reply, I actually got in touch with Mr. Olszewski's assistant and sculptor Travis Tokuyama (who was also at the meet-and-greet) and they're going to be sending me a replacement model of the Emporium with the signed base. Once I confirm that I have received it they'll be a call order on the one I currently have to get it back. It'll be all on their dime and is definitely beyond what I hoped they would do! i figured they would send me a signed certificate or something!

I'm very impressed with how fast Travis responded to my email. I got a reply from him about 12 hours after sending out my initial email. I send Disney Guest Relations an email on Monday and I've yet to hear back from them!
