We usually book our own trips and in 15 years have NEVER had one problem. We saw this company Magical Journeys (your) on another message board and used them because they were talked about so much. Boy did we get screwed. Our entire trip was ruined. Lesson learned to do things yourself if you want them done right. I later found out that the other message board site deletes bad posts about that company because they are a sponsor. SO BE WARNED!!!

As far as I know, steve (the owner) doesn't delete much of anything from this site, so welcome and hope you enjoy your stay.
If you want to post some info about what went wrong, it'd be helpful for both us and yourself probably. Folks here know how to get most any problem with Disney-stuff fixed, and folks here would know what to watch out for when using a travel company in the future.
That being said, you'll find lots of good reviews about Kingdom Konsultants, and Pam even answers basic travel questions on these boards free of charge all the time. So, if your bad experience didn't turn you off completely from a travel agent/trip planning company (heaven forbid WDW all together!), then definately consider her services for future trips.
Oh - and if anyone wants to post a "Is this too good to be true? Does this sound right?" type question, folks here typically know what Disney can/can't offer and what is reasonable.

I also think I know what site you're talking about and they are quite protective of their sponsors....they like you to take your complaints directly to the sponsor rather than bad mouthing them on their boards.
Now...MJ is not a sponsor here, so you're free to complain about them, though I would still suggest that you work with the company and see what they're willing to do for you.
I don't have much experience using travel agents...I like to take care of all the arrangements myself.
