Magical express info on My disney Vacation

I just called to add magical express yesterday after purchasing my flight. When I log on to My Disney Vacation it just says my flight number it says the carrier is unknown and it says 12:00am for both my arrival and departure. Is this normal or is something wrong? This is what it looks like:

Same thing happened to me...I called up CRO last night and added my flight information etc, and got the same thing when I logged onto my disney vacation (unknown, xx's, and 12am)....It is still listed that way today.

This is normal. Mine still shows that and I booked almost 8 months ago. I called Disney and confirmed flight numbers, arrival and departure time, and the CM sure enough had all the correct info. I think that it shows the XXX's and 12 am etc. for security purposes. As long as the flight numbers themselves are showing up correct, no worries.

Disney no longer updates the magical express information on the My Disney page. They run it completely independently on a separate computer system. Because the busses now run pretty much 24/7, arrival pickup is no longer a major concern of theirs. Your departure information will be on file as needed for your checkout and trip back to the airport with ME. Don't worry about the ME info on the website, it isn't updated anymore.

I agree, your experience is totally normal, or at least totally typical.

If it makes you feel better, wait until you are within 60 days of your trip, and call DME directly at 866-599-0951 to confirm that they have your info. DME doesn't get any reservation info into their database until 60 days prior to arrival.

I can confirm that there is currently a system challenge when Disney's Magical Express information is entered into our systems at the Disney Reservation Center on select reservation types. On most all room-only reservations (and some vacation packages) Airline carrier information does not correctly download to the "My Disney Vacations" website while the flight numbers will. All information will download fully and correctly to the DME systems at the Airport Welcome Center.

Flight times are no longer entered by DRC, nor displayed on the website or in your travel documents, as they are too often subject to change.

Not to worry, your information is correct in our system, and there is no need to call to confirm it. On your arrival and departure date, your flight times will be confirmed by Disney and tracked to ensure a speedy transfer to and from your Disney Resort and the airport.

On my Disney reservation my "Arrival" time in Orlando is actually our departure time at home, should I call and change it or just leave it:
Arrival at Orlando Airport 7:02am on "my disney vacations"
Actual Arrival 9:34 am

Hi all ... just to let you know I received my Magical Express package by UPS yesterday (39 days before departure) and everything was fine, despite the missing information on the Disney My Vacation website.
