I think it would run simultaneously and if they paint the castle before the 25th, Dreams will most likely be upgraded as well.

Sounds like the 25th parade will be like WDW's Festival of Fantasy. A mix of new floats and ones recycled from Tokyo.

I may be getting old and losing my mind, but IIRC the Peter Pan float from Jubilation was shipped to DLR in 2015. I even saw it backstage being torn apart, presumably for PTN.
If the float does end up at DLP for the 25th, then I will have to find out just which float it was that I saw being taken apart last year.

Wouldnt surprise me, Disneyland Paris has always used Sleeping Beauty as its main story(although there are no rides based on it) and besides the dragon in orlando is the most hyped one so probably the 'spectacular' one
The Paris castle is based on the one in Sleeping Beauty, hence the heavy influence of the Sleeping Beauty story in the park

Disney Village is receiving (2?) new restaurants in the coming months, so I'm not sure how that's up in the air. Unless that refers to the theorised essential re-do of the district a la Disney Springs?
Also, shouldn't Star Tours be under 2017? That's when it opens, at least.

Who's they? DLRP and HKDL are controlled by completely separate entities. HKDL rejected TSMM, but that has no bearing on DLRP.
