Yes. But just for a general refurb, not a top to bottom refurb like many attractions have had or are having, that has been announced for after the 25th anniversary.

PM looks in pretty good shape, though?
The RR station, BTMRR, the riverbend, restrooms, the Lucky Nugget, Silver Spur, sidewalk pavement, entrance fort, they've refurbed just about every other thing in Frontierland. Might as well do PM while they're at it.

New parade titled “Disney Stars on Parade” for Disneyland Paris 25th Anniversary confirmed.
New Disneyland Paris 25th Anniversary nighttime spectacular titled Disney Illuminations
Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain’ confirmed for Disneyland Paris from “spring 2017"
Two new shows also confirmed: Mickey présente: “Joyeux Anniversaire Disneyland Paris“ and L’ Étincelante Valse des Princesses

Sound promising! The official press release also states that extra surprises and features will be announced in the future.
I'm wondering though why they have chosen for 'Disney Illuminations' to replace Disney Dreams, while there is already an Illuminations show running at Epcot at WDW. Also the name for the new parade is not really exciting. We are moving from Magic on Parade to Disney Stars on Parade. I would have loved a more fancy/magical name, like Festival of Fantasy/Once Upon A Dream/Storybook Express, without the '-on Parade' tag. Besides that, I hope that the music for the new parade contains individual music pieces for each float, instead of one song playing over and over again.

The copy of a 'spectacular float from WDW' that will be in the Disney Stars on Parade, is confirmed to be the Maleficent/Dragon float by this image from DLP:

I don't believe we'll see any changes. When it was rumoured for the changes it was down for 8 months.

Probably just a temporary stop gap - I don't think the attraction will be around for too long, but 4 months is a long time so would expect some enhancements/improvements.

This year's Christmas parade will include two new floats, one with Max & Goofy and the other with the Three Little Pigs.

Unreal how good they managed to make those Hollywood cut-outs look.
The Three Little Piges are terrific! I don't really get giddy about characters, but these are one of the few I actually am excited about.

Hollywood cut-outs by their very nature look good on film, where they are often out of focus and far away from public scrutiny.
They make great backdrops...but terrible themed enviroments.
