FYI in case anyone else was curious: I was at MK this evening and I stopped to see what this was. It was right in the entry of the Theater on Main Street (aka the art store) in a glass display case on the left side. The shiny thing behind the replica ticket book is a 24k gold plated replica opening day ticket and then it also comes with a replica ticket booklet. It's a little set that was apparently made for the 40th anniversary. I didn't see the price because it's in a glass case, but there's a little info paper on the top of the gold ticket case explaining what it is.
