To confirm as many have said Halloween is in full swing
Brand new pavement
compare to the old photo
Gonna start with new fantasyland
Part of the village is now open to guests and the menu is visible, I am guessing by the end of this week or Monday it will be open. The menu however is nothing to get too excited about.
The menu, who wants a Disney pickle? I can't get banned for saying that right? no? okay.
Quick note here, there is another building that seems bigger that is still under construction to the left of this shack. I am assuming that is going to be a gift shop as the shack thingy covers all the healthy options!
Now fast pass plus certified!
onto the mine train.
Its hard to see but they just finished making rock work underneath the drop and it is no longer just space. They are also placing those logs underneath the track in this part.
Next onto the jungle cruise.
Its as best I could do without jumping over or swimming over.
Also the place where Ariel and Eric used to meet that was under tarps forever is no longer tarped. It looks exactly the same except I think there was a table there for people to sit and relax.
Also buzz light year AA was up and running. Went on splash and it was still as nice looking and working smoothly, however no jumping fountains. The Bonjour village gifts is constantly swapping placement of the merchandise. Well that ends the news part of the pictures I took some fun ones too.
Grand Floridian looked great today.
Went on haunted mansion, the fastpass plus line has taken the place of the standard line as many have stated. So those who do not like the interactive que can no longer simply bypass it unless they have a fp+ reservation for a ride that is really never over 30 unless its in the busy busy season. However I don't mind the new que so it really doesn't affect me that much.
Dog days of summer was actually kind of cute nice to see dug and bolt out and about.
Plus this guy is pretty cool too. Was this apart of toon town back in the day?
Great day for the park everything was in the 20 minute wait time. Space Mountain was a walk on.
After magic I went to epcot and decided to ride for the first time the infamous journey into imagination with figment. Being someone who never got to experience the first ride other than youtube videos I felt a little weird going on the current version. The ride itself just felt cheaply done and quite noisey too, I mean the actual track and ride system not the audio itself this thing is ready to go lol The quality of some of the AA's for the attraction are looking stiff and bad, I can see why many a fan hate what has become of the pavilion, and the current version of image works felt like a cheap playground I could find at mcdonalds. The waterfall over at norway is running just fine, however upon inspection of the "New" ceiling tiles I noticed one was misplaced and was sticking inward and instead of black its sides were white. Meaning I think they literally just painted over the old tiles and made them black just to look nice, if I recall the old ones were covered in mold which is something that doesn't die with a new coat of paint. The ride had most of the old effects up and running, also the puffin roost now has a disney section which feels so out of place with the rest of the store, Norway merch, perfumes, and then boom belle and aurora in the middle of it all. I guess they are prepping for frozen but even so it still doesn't feel right.
Well thats about it Ill leave this post with a picture of me smiling like an idiot.
