Yesterday EPCOT was also very busy, even the widest walkways ok FW had too many people in them. The line for Imagination was coming out of the institute, SSE got to 45 minutes at one point and I saw TT at 90 and Soarin' at 130 (which is not that bad for that ride).

On MK I know PPF reached 110 minutes.

Last night was crazy. The watercraft stopped running due to high winds, which made for EXTREMELY long lines for the monorails. Long enough that there were crowds of people walking from the magic kingdom to the TTC. Fights were breaking out, people pushing, police were everywhere. I'm sure a few arrests were made.

This isn't park related, but sort of crowd related.

We decided Christmas afternoon would be a nice time to spend on property so we headed over to Boardwalk, planning on getting something from the bakery and taking a walk around the lake.

We were fully prepared to be turned away, but we were welcomed in and directed to self parking on either side. The main lot was no more than 60% full and I'd guess valet was around 25%. And there was no A-frame sign at the entrance.

Maybe DME is getting that many self-drivers off the roads, but if not, then Disney isn't filling all their rooms even in this busiest week of the year.

I did Christmas at WDW once. It wasn't that bad for a regular visitor. I didn't ride much, I just walked around and enjoyed the atmosphere. If you go with that mindset it can be great.

If it is your once-in-a-life-time trip you will be disappointed.

People are nuts today...just saying.

Agreed. I'm sorry; I love Disney, but I don't think I'll ever try to go to WDW on Christmas. I'd love to visit during the Christmas season (a week or two prior), but never on the day. I don't think I'd be able to enjoy the day or the park.

Ugh. That's just what you want on Christmas.

I just couldn't imagine...

If even Stitch went up to 40 minutes(which is LONG for that attraction, then I can't imagine Space Mtn., Big Thunder, Splash, or Peter Pan..........gosh

Did you do a park on Christmas Day? Glad you are having a great trip, by the way.

The really interesting bit of news is how the cold weather kept people away on the day after Christmas. Yesterday, the Magic Kingdom had relatively light to moderate crowds for this time of year. As temperatures dropped at nightfall, guests left in droves. Both showing of the Main Street Electrical Parade had areas with empty gaps along the parade route. Compare that to no room on Christmas Eve and Christmas night is very strange.
