Mine was much more basic then that. I was 36 years old on my first visit with to children and a wife along. Driving on property immediately impress the heck out of me. The radio announcements that told you were you were and what lanes to be in to get either to MK or Epcot. (all there was at the time). The system for parking, something that I had never seen before, the trams, the monorail and pretty much everything else. I was also the dad that said "Wow" flying over London on Peter Pan, The Haunted Mansion, the Hall of Presidents, 20K... oh, heck, you name it I was impressed. Shows you how sheltered we were in Vermont.

There's three podcasts dedicated to Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

1.) Disney Dose: With some interviews of voice actors and other things Disney

2.) WDW Radio: Podcasts about Walt Disney World and the history of the attractions and WDW's history and some exclusive interviews such as the podcast with Bret Allwine

3.) Jim Hill Media: A more in-depth look at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. I recommend lessening to the show on Stitcher since it's easier to find old episodes. Featuring some stories only found on that site

Welcome! I got goosebumps the first time I saw the Castle, walking down Main Street, & first time I heard/saw Wishes! Very magical indeed :)

Of course the first thing at comes to mind is the first sight of the castle. But the sound of the whistle blowing of the Disney train has stayed with me ever since the first trip too. On return trips as we approach the gates of MK and I hear the train call out, I know I'm just steps way from being back and my heart starts beating faster with anticipation..:D:D:D
