Thanks i just found the guest comunications adress

we ahd an extremely rude cast member call us liars and stupid while waiting for story time with belle and a less than stellar space mountain experience, also directing us and our two small children through that back alley behind main street usa has got to stop, kids were very upset thought we were being sent out of the park

That's terrible, I hope the response you get (if any) brings some satisfaction for what you went through.

As others have said, it should have been dealt with before leaving the park. A lot of people who have issues don't realize, remember or want to take an extra few minutes to go to Guest Services (there's one in EVERY park) and get their issue heard or dealt with. Sure, are there people who want to make a big deal out of nothing in hopes of freebies? Sure, there always will be. Others will have legitimate complaints that need to be handled on the spot and dealt with accordingly and waiting until you get home is NOT the answer. Just like in any other situation, the sooner you report something, the more details you will remember and there will be less time for the exaggerations to enter stories. We all know that a simple "move along everyone" from a CM could come off as rude to someone, but by the time they get home, remember that and then get to writing a complaint, that particular CM could have said something like "I'll be having security escort you out if you don't move now", when in fact they were addressing everyone...

....Or recall being directed to use a brand new themed bypass that others rave about as being escorted out a 'back alley' others would give their right arm to see. LOL!

The bypass issue is real, I encountered that too a couple of weeks ago. Everyone gets directed to the bypasss during parades and fireworks, whether they want to leave the park or not. I was just trying to get to Tomorrowland, but ended up being herded back to Town Square.

Sure, you can make your way back into the land you want to go to eventually, but it's a real pain - they should make it that only guests wanting to exit have to take it, not force everyone that way who simply wants to go to another land.
