They are still testing to see if HEA will please medium guests. The small guest test went well.

Joking aside, He mentioned Harm but no date. He didn't go anywhere near HEA/EF, should we be concerned?

Would not read too much into him not mentioning HEA or even EF. He spoke of Harmonious in the context of the transformation of Epcot.

For all of his many faults, Chapek is pretty disciplined at these events. He doesn’t wander too far off script, and the chances of him accidentally revealing something he wasn’t supposed to are pretty slim.
