That must have been so cool.
But there must be something about Rick that I don't know. . .
What is his connection to the Blue Angels?
They're based right near him. When that one pilot was killed a few months ago, Rick posted the pic of them doing the Missing Man formation.

Edit: That might have been when you were at WDW ......

So tired, I'm numb.
But I'm off tomorrow, so I plan on resting up.
How are you, Sweets?

Lots on my mind....and I'm tired too. I'm thinking of removing dairy from the kids' diet. And possibly gluten too. The dedication to this particular diet has to be astronomical though, and I'm not sure I have it in me. But my daughter has chronic stomach pain, and problems with her bowels have plagued her since birth. So she either shares with Joel an intolerance of casein (milk protein) or she is lactose intolerant. But pulling milk, and especially cheese, is a huge upheaval in our life.

The reason is I made homemade mac-n-cheese last night, and both kids had diarhhea w/in hours of eating it.

It's a commitment, but a worthwhile one.
Can you use soy milk? I have problems with lactose and do well with soy.

My DD is lactose intolerant Jenn. When she was younger it was more of an allergy-type thing (she'd break out in hives), but now it's digestive. she takes pills for it if she knows she's going to be eating dairy products.

So does my niece. That's why it'd be good if it's the lactose. If it's the casein, there's no meds for that. The food just needs to be removed. Not just dairy, but anything containing milk...i.e cream soups, sour cream, yogurt, etc.

I know that's not easy to do!
