What about him?

I'd rather him feed me my dinner. I mean...:lookaroun

Me too! I think I might wanna get a pet rodent in Orlando. Someone to keep me company in my apartment.

Rats make great pets. My advice is get them while they're very young, and handle them a lot. They are very easily trained, and if you interact with them a lot they are very gentle and sweet. They cannot, however, be potty trained, so don't keep them loose when you're not home.

Oh, I had hamsters before. Sooo cute. And I know about the potty trained thing. They used to go on me. :lookaroun

I actually want to get another dog...I love this one so much, I figure the more the merrier.
We got our first one in '97...then in '05 my sister's friend wanted to give us a puppy from her dog's litter...surprisingly we accepted. We thought 2 dogs was a lot....then my cousin found a dog and they were going to "kick him out"...my mom decided to take him in...today, we're a big happy family with 3 little dogs

Yep...been there, done that. Cleaned it up and moved on. :D

My first rat was so cool...he used to stand on my chest and use his wee rat paws to hold my bottom lip so he could nibble it. And before you all start throwing up, it's no different from getting kisses from a doggie.

I don't let my doggies kiss me on the lips

Honey, you sound so down...are you okay?

I am worried about her family. Her daughter is my age. We grew up together. The troubles I am having since the truck accident last Friday and the project I have for my Mom and Dad just won't come together. I am doing a powerpoint thing and can't get music embeded to the program.:brick:

That's how they get you...what's one more? You're already walking two, etc. And it's nice for them to have canine companionship. I could totally see having three...good for you guys!

I have two geriatric dogs that are my children.

I never thought I could love a dog as much as I do Glory..I wanted her, but I sort of pictured her as more of a responsibility. She was more my husband's idea. I had no idea she would be such a blessing...can't imagine life without her.
