Ok. Good company, or so I thought. I didn't know they were a union.
Yep they are. It used to be a better company. They are wanting to take benefits away. We are hoping that with the way things are now that they won't go out on strike but you never know. The longest we have been on strike was 21 days and the shortest time was 3 days. So I hope this one (if there is one) won't be long at all. I need a vacation to the World. :lookaroun

Do ya'll fly or drive there?
We drive. So the price of gas does not help us.

Well we drove last time, but this time we're flying. We're pretty sure we can find cheap tickets on SW airlines, we always do. I love the speed of getting there the same day you leave. Plus we're making a surprise for our daughter. We're not telling her until the morning we leave, which will probably be early since we wanna get the earliest flight out. :D

I would love to surprise my DD's that way.

Back now - needed a shower and all that stuff. I was reading over all the dining plan info - I can't imagine getting Disney's deluxe DP - that is a LOT of food.

I haven't read it yet.

Well, the only reason we are getting the DP at all is so we can afford the sit-down places. Otherwise, because of Joel's pickiness, we lose money on him. Which is why we focus on buffets - there's a better chance of having food he'll eat at one of them. Counter service places...we're lucky if he eats the fries.

I'm with you on the buffets. You get the most for your money if you go to the all you can eat restaurants-Boma, Ohana, Crystal Palace, etc.

And I can eat , even though I'm skinny! :D

I know about that. Christina is very picky. Chicken nuggets is about all she eats and mac and cheese.

I am a big eater and not so picky as my DD but still picky. I loved Ohana Breakfast and the Crystal Palace breakfast and lunch.

And unfortunately, Disney's nuggets and mac-n-cheese, we discovered, is AWFUL. So, I'm packing a PBJ in our park bag every day and hoping he'll eat fries and maybe bananas we can get at one of the fruit stands. I just have to comb over all the menus now and try to figure out where to go. I want to try new places this time.

Yep, we're booking at at least 2 buffets - Park Fare for breakfast, and Boma for both breakfast and dinner. But I was looking at food pics on another Disney website and saw a pic of these macademia pineapple pancakes at the Kona Cafe (Poly), and told DH I have got to go there! :slurp:

And I can eat too....but it shows.
