So, hubby just called ....with his grandpa's money we each got a certain amount that we could use on whatever we wanted....Mike got his pool table/air hockey table, I got my netbook, and Abby was to get her own laptop (we still haven't decided what to spend Joel's portion on for him)....problem was, the laptop we picked out just wasn't working the way it should, so Mike took it back to Staples tonight. Abby was rethinking the whole laptop idea, may go with some different things instead. Over a certain amount, (w/in 2 weeks of purchase) they are supposed to issue a corporate check, so we were prepared to wait a while for the refund. Ummm....no, they gave him the money back tonight. 
I told him to pick up some lobster for dinner....joking, joking. :lol: But at least Abby won't have to wait if she wants to do some shopping over her break. Now she's thinking about a nicer digital camera or an Ipod.

Wow...hope she finds something good.
She's been looking at different things online....I just don't want to go shopping until things die down a bit after Christmas. Mike has NYE off work because he works Jan 1st, so that might be a good day to go shopping.
