But it was good. Had a good time with friends. And even though I was alone on the trip, I think I spent a total of 3 hours by myself, not including sleeping time. It was a lot of fun despite the elements.

Yeah, I can imagine how cold it was. We had a couple of cold days in December, but not quite as bad as what you had. Your DH didn't go with you?

No. He said the town increased the value of our house by over 30K.. which would normally be a good thing, but not when it comes to paying more taxes. He is extremely PO'd.
