Um....remember last year when Mike's grandpa passed away and we found out Mike was named as one of his beneficiaries? His aunt sent him another portion of the trust today...:lookaroun....we weren't quite expecting that to come in the mail....I'm always nervous when they send stuff like that thru the post office,even tho they did it certified.

well, that's great news for you all. :) Although I agree...it's a scary way to send something so important.

Yes...but I guess they'd rather do that than Fed Ex :shrug:...not my business anyway. I wouldn't want to be in charge of all of that, there's so much to go through.
In other news, we decorated the tree this afternoon, and it looks quite pretty. Don't have any pictures to show yet, my settings on my camera weren't quite right.
How's your day going?

Exciting news about the tree. Mine's all pretty now, which is good. Can't wait to see pics!

My day's been alright. I worked on figuring out my Christmas Card list. Actually typed it out so I could read it. :lol: And I went and ran some errands and such...since I always seem to have those to run on Wed.

Oh wow...haven't even thought about cards yet. :dazzle: And since there's only a little more than three weeks left, I'd better change that.
Three weeks??? Where has this year gone? And three weeks after Christmas, Joel turns 8. :eek:

I know what you mean! I feel like it's so early to be getting all my cards in order!!!

And I can't believe there's so little time left in this year. It flew by SO fast!!! Can't believe Joel is going to be 8 soon!!!! Wow!!!!

Speaking of not much...just looked at the weather, yeah...we already got what we were supposed to get. It's supposed to be over in like an hour.

Big nothing of a storm...which they originally touted to be like an inch or so last week when they started reporting on the possibility of it.

They have no idea what they're talking about ever. Even today they thought we'd see more snowfall, but apparently the "cold front" didn't move in as quickly as they thought. :brick:

Cold and soggy here too. Blech. I feel like it'll never be properly dry until May. :(

I'll even take snow over all this endless rain and damp days. At least we can go outside and really play in the snow.
