As well you should be.

8. Wow.
He's come so far just in the time I've known you, Jen.

That's 3 1/2 years now....we were planning our first ever trip to WDW in fall of '06. Yeah....his eye contact was still very intermittent, and we got an occasional word, but that was it. Now....conversations, questions, you name it. Loves books, transformers, and dinos. At the same time he still likes Thomas the tank engine, Dora the Explorer, and loves his butterflies. :king: You just don't know till you have children how much your heart can love....you experience one level with your spouse, and a whole new level w/ your kids.

And different with each kid.
It's an amazing experience, for sure.

Speaking of that movie, I just sent for the hardcover book. First read it when I was in 8th grade...I was so proud back then that I read a book over 1000 pages.

I read it when I was about that age too.
Loved every second of it.
Since then, I've always enjoyed reading really long books. I just like having that connection to one story for a good amount of time. Nice knowing that the book is waiting for me to come back to it. I just started Stephen King's latest...1074 pages. Yay.

Because you guys are Nosy McNosersons, for your viewing pleasure:

1. I present Nicole, sitting with who I assume is James Joyce outside of Raglan Road:

2. I present Nicole, getting her hair brushed by her brother, who was obsessed with getting her tangles out all day. We decided he is destined to be a hair stylist:

3. I present Nicole and I at Kidani Village, the AKL DVC villas. We went to dinner at Sanaa with her family. The meal was delicious and her family was so nice and funny and it was just an all-around great time/meal. A very fun two.5 hours.

4. I present Nicole and I, about to watch Wishes from the hammocks at the Polynesian. Wonderful.
