Oh dear...
Nibblies.
Guilt is a hard thing to live with.
Why don't you do something really special for her?
Take her out to lunch, buy her a gift (maybe something with a "sister" theme) and maybe let her read what you wrote...or write something just for her.
Take the blame if need be. Talk about it. Cry. Laugh. Hug.
And tell her that more than anything...you want your sister back.
Don't wait for it to go away....make it go away.

Oh Dot...you made me tear up. Those are some wonderful ideas and I will definitely keep all those in mind. Like I said, I've never had a sister, so I don't know how to deal with all this in the best way. I just know how to deal with brothers. And they are so much easier. (We fight, 10 minutes later, we've made up and are joking just like normal. :D )

Girls are definitely different there.
And let me tell you...not fixing this now could turn it into something that stays between you forever. It may sound ridiculous, but it happens. And it is not worth it. It's within your power to make things right...so do it.
