Gotta admit, it did provide some amusing reading. He had a bunch of different aliases as well, MaElStRoMRULZ, MaElStRoMsOK, MaElStRoMROCKS, MaElStRoMROCKZ...etc...

Reading this thread makes me really want to go on this thing. When i went to WDW for the first time back in Oct 06, my friend insisted that we NOT ride it.

I always liked Maelstrom. Its a little short (more Vikings please) and maybe they could add 10 feet or so to the drop.

I love this ride too. Its good to see it get some attention, though it doesnt need all that much. A few new effects, some new paint... keep it fresh, thats the best you can do IMHO. After that they need to get a similar scale attraction someplace else in world showcase.
