Well, you were to be launched up the tower at about 100 mph and then plummet back to the ground...the falling would simulate the zero-g, but it would be very short-lived....I'm sure you will agree the centrifuge is a better idea.

wouldnt that be like another dr.doom knock off? im glad they went with the centrifuge-the tower would just be too out of place,you would be in france and see if.spain and see it maybe even mgm and see it. be at my house and see it,well maybe that a lil too far.

It was to be painted light blue to blend in w/ the beautiful Florida sky...of course, the second it got cloudy, it would stick out like a sore thumb...
