M&G Changes/Additions: Vader Out

Well then. Glad we made the effort to get our picture taken with Vader earlier this month.

Disappointing, but not really a surprise. While my kids enjoyed meting Chewbacca and Darth Vader, they were asking to meet more characters from "the new one." Kylo Ren just makes sense and is the perfect replacement.

Maybe Vader someday later.

I felt the same why. Parents who grew up with the franchise may be disappointed but younger fans will be into this. It will be interesting to see what the Kylo spoken interactions will be like. As long as they don't get rid of Chewy!

The Inside Out was no surprise, but I'm curious to know why they didn't feature them just ahead/during the height of the movie's release?

We were there a few weeks ago and were really surprised at the lack of I/O presence in the Parks (merch and otherwise). My wife theorized that Disney didn't want to promote Sadness at the "Happiest Place On Earth" Guess that wasn't the case!

Found this just a few minutes ago. I prefered Vader but this does look pretty cool!

Too funny... "I have a picture with your grand pappie... he loves me." :hilarious:

I'm dying to give Kylo, 2 snaps and proclaim, "FIERCE DRESS!"

I think Vader is the most grossing character of any movie, all time.

I know he's the highest grossing villain...he might be the most profitable (merchandise) character of anything all time...Superman and Batman might be in there. Haven't looked it up.

Long story short, people love Darth Vader and Disney will give you what you love, because money.

Hopefully this is either just temporary as they cash in on Episode 7, or Vader will still at least be available during Star Wars weekends

Star Wars weekend are no more. It was announced in November that they would no longer run due to the construction at HS, and coincided with them revealing that the Launch Bay was coming.
