Well, with this problem of bugs in both rooms, nobody is very happy at this point, so lets get the kids ready for the pool, crack a beer, and call the front desk. Upon answering our call and telling them of the situation, they said they would transfer us to different rooms if available. No rooms available. This is now an hour long process, not happy. If my two rooms were like this, why would other ones be better. This is where the wife takes over, you know how women can get mean, right?:goodnevil So now we are waiting for a call back, kids are swimmming, and I snap a few shots.

I guess thats it for the pics. Too much time trying to resolve our situation. Finally a call back, and "what can we do to make you happy? Would Pirate rooms be ok or would you rather change to a deluxe resort?" Are you kidding me, of course we want a deluxe resort. Poly or Wilderness came to mind first, as we have stayed at Poly and loved it, but really liked Wilderness and have not stayed there. "ok, we will check these out for you and call you back." ok, wait a half hour, no rooms available. "how about two room villa at SSR?" I said no way because of all the hate from this site
" we will check all other deluxe resorts for you'" OK, wait another half hour, and remind you, my wife is doing the talking, not me, I'm just helping point. "I'm sorry to inform you that all resorts are, so we will have to give you two rooms at Grand Floridian" Heck yea! send us there, even if it's a snob resort. An hour later, packed up, transfered, and checked in, our view of this place began to change. No pictures to share as it was put away and I was not happy from the time lost. We were greated by great cast members. Our bell hop took us to our room on a golf cart, and spent a half hour with us explaining the room and the resort. A real plaesant person. This just made everything right and restart our trip. I have to say, Disney really stepped up to the plate. Two rooms facing the lagoon, which I will show later. But now its time for some grub, and the pool.
