I have completely lost 2 park hopper passes! One is a 10 day park hopper and the other is an 8 day park hopper. I have them both registered in my MDE. I bought the 10 day one through undercovertourist.com and the other one at AAA. I have looked everywhere in my house! What do I do? Do I call Disney or the places that I bought them through??? Please help.

Thank you :)

Yep. Call Disney. Since you have them linked already it should be an easy fix (if a fix is needed at all). We bought our tickets directly through Disney and never even got actual tickets so I think once they are linked to your account you may be okay anyway.

FWIW, after I linked our tickets for our last trip, I never needed them. The MDE information was all encoded on our MagicBands. Call Disney if you want to be sure, but I think once they're linked, you're all set.

If you're not staying on property, you will need to buy magic bands, if you haven't done so or weren't planning to. Being linked in MDE, means you have the numbers of the cards - and that is key! Well done on the back up!!

if you are staying at a disney property they are free
other than that they cost about $13 each

so if you are off site you may still want to call and see if they can be replaced if you don't want to buy a magic band.
but no worries, those tickets are in your account, worse possible here is having to buy a MB if you are not on site

Yes. I called and I don't need the actual tickets... Thank God because I would have cried... A LOT!!! Because I put them on my MDE when we get to the hotel and buy the bands, our tickets will automatically go on there! Couldn't be happier that I am obsessive and put the tickets on there as soon as I got them. I feel so lucky! :D

Question:
Are you staying on-site at a Disney hotel? If so, then yes, you'll get Bands that will automatically be able to access your tickets.

If you're staying off-site and you're *buying* Bands, the CM might have a problem, though I'm sure there's a work-around. The normal process when buying a Band is that the CM scans the new Band and then scans the ticket associated with the MDE profile (or they can also scan another Band that's also associated with the MDE profile). The computer then does the linking automatically. Without a ticket to scan, there might be a problem.
*But* there *is* a way to link a Band in the MDE app and website, and I've heard that it's possible for a CM to sell a Band in a "to be linked at a later time" status. So you could buy the Band and then link it yourself, but haven't read anyone who's done that yet.

Lastly, if you don't *want* a Band but would prefer a card (or you don't want to pay for a Band), Guest Relations *should* be able to issue you an RFID card for free that can be linked to your MDE profile and then access your tickets the same way a Band would.

Just a few things to think about.

We are staying at the Dolphin... So it's technically not a Disney hotel, but I called the Disney phone number and spoke to a castmember and she said that as long as we're buying the bands that they will be able to get the info from MDE... :)
