Looking for Epcot suggestions!

My family and I are still considering where to dine at Epcot. We usually eat there only once so we want to make it a good one! Also, we are looking to try something a little bit on the "nicer" side. We did San Angel last time and really enjoyed it, but we are looking for a new spot.

Any suggestions? And how are the choices in Germany specifically?

Thanks for your advice, it's much appreciated!
Chef de France is delicious and lovely! We make it a must do each trip now. If you don't mind a 2 table service experience (if you have the dining plan) then Le Cellier is a great option.

Hello!
We just had two dinners this month at Spice Road Table, and absolutely loved the food and service!
You can eat either indoors or outdoors (Illuminations possibility!)
Also, they were very accommodating in offering choices for my vegan wife.
Cheers, and enjoy wherever you choose!

Thanks everyone for your advice! Personally, I am dying to try Marrakesh, but unfortunately my family is not as daring as me when it comes to taste. We are still deciding what to do, but your insight has been most helpful.

We tried it on our last trip and to be honest, it was just ok... and my husband is middle eastern (meaning we are used to that kind of food). However, we did enjoy Tangierene Café, but that's just a quick service, but good! They had delicious kabob skewers and rice.

I appreciate the advice. We are already going to Shula's though, so we want one night actually dining at Epcot.

One thing about Shula's. If you've been to one anywhere else try something different. If not, go for it! There's one in my hometown so I never go to Shula's at Disney. Yachtsman's is just as good.

Rose & Crown is great. Biergarten is also fun. If you are willing to go to an Epcot resort, I'm going to second Yachtsman Steakhouse. It was by far the best meal we had in December. My husband said the steak could bring world peace.

Out of the Restaurants I've done, here is the order I rank them for dinner.
1. Biergarten
2. Le Cellier
3. Akershus (Breakfast is great here too!)
4. Teppan Edo
5. Via Napoli
6. Chefs de France (The food was great! The service was very slow on that particular night).

Here are some pictures of Le Cellier, Akershus, Teppan Edo, and Chefs de France.
