Remy an upscale restaurant experience on board the Disney Dream has updated its menus and released a new video with Chef Scott Hunnel showcasing one of the new items – Tomato Ratatouille.


Seems an appropriate dish given the restaurants provenance.

If you like tomato that is.

Which I happen to.

A little sauteed tomato and courgette in a pasta ring, topped with a tomato, with some cuttlefish on the side. Sounds simple enough to be good.

I like the use of the pasta ring, very inventive.

We had this dish on our Sept. Cruise ... it was absolutely wonderful ... although at the time my wife did not know what Cuttlefish were ... I'm not sure had she of known what one was she would have eaten it though.

That dish looks incredible! Not sure I will return to Remy on the next cruise though.....the 3 hours meal was quite long for me, especially on our 3 day sailing.

No different that eating squid or octopus.

I agree ... so are Octo's ... and Squid for that matter, but they are good.
