First off I would like to say I regret getting this CM's name she was a huge help. My girlfriend and I were in the magic kingdom and I some how lost our photopass. This was our last day and we had not bought any of the pictures yet. We went every where we thought I might have lost it. So I went into one of the store where you can purchase the pictures and told her what had happened. Now at this point my girlfriend is upset because there are some good pictures she wanted. The CM says no problem we can find them. So we start looking through all of the pictures of people from when we arrived at the park. It took about an hour and we looked at a few hundred photos but she found them and was able to get all of our pics back for us. I was very grateful and happy and I should have gotten her name so I could have wrote a letter. I did try to give her a tip witch she kind fully said no thank you and refused to take it. She helped our vacation to be special.

They did that for us last year too. We didn't lose the photopass, just couldn't find this picture of the family that was taken in front of the Castle at a certain time and day. It wasn't showing up on any of our cards. The CM that helped us never did find it, but she sat there with us and went through literally hundreds of photos of people looking for one with us in it. Really went above and beyond anything I expected. :sohappy:

Kidding. Really, doing a photosearch is just part of the job. We are happy to help.

We might be able to find her with a description, but so many of our Photopass people look a like and have similar names.
