Wouldn't it be awesome if WDW got a Living Waters attraction?? There used to be one in Lancaster PA but its now used for Psalms of David but still called Living Waters, but has nothing to do with water. But really, it would be an awesome show if Disney did it with larger water effects with music like Pirates of the Caribbean main theme and other movies music. I dont know maybe its just me. lol

If it is what I am thinking of, it is also called "Waltzing Waters" "Dancing Waters" etc. It is a larger stageshow of fountains with music and lighting effects. Think a mini Bellagio fountains show.

Isn't that what Epcot's main fountain is for?
Yes but imagine it in a theatre with more water effects not just cannons but spinning cannons and that sort of stuff. The Fountain of Nations shows are only a few minutes long where Living Waters, Walzting Waters, and the sort are usually like 30 minute shows. Would be more like a stage show that only performs a few times a day than an attraction tho. Either way with Disney music one of these shows would be great.

How about something like DisneySeas Symphony?? Best of all worlds!
It'd be so cool if they incorporated the fountain technologies from Disney Sea Symphony and BraviSEAmo into the next incarnation of Illuminations.

i used to drive by Living Waters all the time. i always just assumed it was a tourist trap for the elderly

If you're talking about the one in Lancaster PA, it used to be a really good show it had a religious theme to it but it was great, now it hasnothing to do with water. Made me sad when we went over the past weekend we went there looking for the actual Living Waters but they told us its a live show now.

so you mean something like that crappy attraction at IOA whatever its called, what a waste of time that was. Good thing I wasn't paying to get in and was starting to get really wasted at the time.

They had a show at the Disneyland Hotel that was a water fountain type show called Fantasy Waters. It closed last year though, so I guess it was losing its popularity.

yeah, i vaguely remember seeing it as a kid, now its the "Living Waters Theater" and tries to capture some of the fame and revenue of the much larger and more lavish "Sight and Sound" religious theater next door. (they're owned by the same company now i believe)

Yup. We saw that at Sea World in '92 as well

I have to say that's the only thing we saw at Seaworld three times, and not because there were long lines at other places. Come to think of it, it's the only thing we saw there more than once.
You know how the CoP makes you feel great inside about mankind's accomplishments in technology, be it from the messages the CoP is putting out via story or the Audio Animatronics themselves and the marvel that is the theater design itself for the CoP?
That's the way we felt at SeaWorld.
The Water Ballet or whatever it was called seemed like it belonged in WDW and just made us smile. It was an amazing feat of mechanical/hydro engineering combined with lights and music. They also had an outdoor evening show where they projected static and moving images onto walls of water. Granted, Fantasmic does that too, but it's outside, and limited in scope.

Imagine an indoor version of Fantasmic without the fireworks and more emphasis put on the water seeming to have a real life of it's own, the same way the jumping fountains do. Add projections, the creativeness of the best Imagineers, and a nice Disney theater and you've got the makings of a truly great thing for the whole family for many years to come.
