Live from WDW

just for the fun of it, i'm going to do a live trip report with photos. so we are starting our day at mgm... crowds are light but it is early. tower of terror is walkon.

well cape mays is now my favorite WDW casual dining.. oh man the ribs were good and my wife was in love with the clams!

didn't get to talk to the IT lady... got seated... wonder how well they pay developers.. if they have any inhouse anymore...

AK tomorrow after 4 then its time for a 4 hour drive home. had a fun time there with theesquire.

well the day at AK will start at 1ish today. My last session at the conference got canceled. On a side note Epcot Center Blvd is being ripped up and fresh pave put down... this was being done from the bridge over Bonnet Creek to the eastern gate.

ah yes.. my dream came true! traffic! Epcot center blvd was down to one lane for some fresh pavement...

AK is packed... or atleast the lot is... giraffe has maybe 200 spots left and no CMs around for directing parking... will be fun soon...

Launch Pad is at the oasis in AK... never seen him out before... had to get a photo

all FP at AK are gone... 70 min wait for everest and kali...

well we barely got here.. on the third row! some drunky got the whole place doin the wave...

I know that the caption and the picture don't go together but that could not be more funny that you did put them together.

I did notice they were scanning hotel keys for emh at mgm... never seen them do that. also there were two different wristbands for the night... white and purple.

I have always had my room key scaned, that is the way they know you are staying at a resort hotel. The two different wristbands could have been for the YOMD thing they do where the award an extra hour to some guests.

everest time is lying... 30 minutes but were wrapped around past the fast passes.. we did get a FP for Dinosaur at 2:30.... ill run by and check on the new restaurant after

odd about the room key... I've never had it scanned... weird... as for the caption... hehe yea my mobile isn't the easiest to see how its going to look.

not sure if you can see this in the picture but one of the old discovery river boats is out in the lagoon with about 10 characters on it waving at the crowd...

tamu tamu has a sign saying they now have burgers, salads and sandwiches

Glad to see you guys trip went well. Ours didn't go so well on Saturday. We had a good time but my wife got sick during the day and has been sick ever since so that severely hampered our ability to enjoy the park on Saturday.

I've got some pictures to put up from my trip if I can ever find 5 minutes to put the pics up online.

Yea man, the daily play by play was awesome. Wish I had a laptop to bring with me next week when I go and I would try and do one. But you'll all just have to wait for my post trip report lol. :wave:
