Trip Report LIVE for Food and Wine and Toy Story Land Time! October 2018

Hello Magic Friends!
Considering it's almost time to make fast passes for my upcoming trip, I figured I should start my pre-trip report! I hope to go live for my trip report, but we'll see how it goes.
This will be my 4th trip in a row for Food and Wine and I travel with a different configuration each time! P went with me back in 2015, my mom (Ce) and my bf E came with in 2016, and last year's trip was with my mom Ce, aunt Ci, and uncle R. This year, they're all going except P (poor guy can't take vacation during the school year anymore).
So here we are:

Aunt Ci and Uncle R

We're staying at Boardwalk again, but with 2 studios this time since 5 adults crammed in one seemed a bit much. Heading down Mon Oct 22 and leaving Friday Oct 26, Ci and R are staying an extra day and leaving the 27th. We're working on plans, only have 2 things set in stone so far. We're booked for the World Showcase DestiNations Discovered tour on the Tuesday (thanks to a trip report on here that made us want to try it) and we have 2 reservations for Ohana dinner, just not sure which night we are keeping! Other than that, the goal is to get E on FOP (Pandora wasn't open last time she visited) and we all want to see Toy Story Land!

Oh, and just to shake things up this time around, I'll be bringing along a mini mousketeer in the making...

Tour was great, our tour guide Kiershta was full of information. We even get to sit in a special Illuminations viewing area tonight!
I took tons of pics of the empty pavilions. There was a wedding in Italy, they rode off into the sunset (sunrise?).

Lunch was Rose and Crown and we all enjoyed it! I was completely exhausted after, so we split up and Ce, E and I went back to the resort. E napped while Ce and I hit the scary clown pool for a bit of floating along. We're back in Epcot now for the rest of the day. We got a bonus fast pass for taking the tour, although E's won't load for some reason. Time for Soarin!

After a trip around the world, I swapped Magic Bands with E so she could ride again with the rest of the crew while I rode the Farm Ride solo. I've been on Soarin plenty this year and this was her first trip since the new film. We hit Spaceship Earth and visited the Festival Center for AP magnets for myself, R and Ci (they just upgraded yesterday). Now E and I are hunting down Remy's for the Hide and Squeak while the others ride Test Track single rider.

Sounds great so far! Man, I give you credit for going at 7-ish months pregnant! That's a lot of walking! I only went when I was like 2 months along before. It's kind of a bummer when you can't ride all the rides, but still fun of course. And you will get to tell your little one all about her/his "first" trip. Haha! And congratulations!

Thanks! I'm surviving, lol Got some advice from @sheriffwoody too. Little one's first trip was actually back in April, I just didn't know it. Lol it's definitely different this time around. People have been nice/helpful. A very sweet cast member at Cosmic Ray's insisted on giving me brownies to take with me because he said babies need chocolate. Lol

Having fun, definitely getting tired though. Lol I'm heading back to the resort for a rest/pool time. The rest of them are staying in the park for their FOP FP at 6pm. It was the earliest I could get it for them when I made them.

Oh I love this picture with Chip and Dale! So cute!! They are such great characters for meet and greets! Last trip, I gave my kids each a lanyard on a pully string thing with their names and our phone numbers, in case they got lost. It would be easy for a cast member to just call us. When we saw Chip and Dale, they kept pulling the strings and letting them retract, and the kids just thought they were hilarious. That was probably the most fun character interaction from our whole trip. I love how playful they are!

They were having a great time miming to their handler, apparently the argument was whether it was a chipmunk baby or a dinosaur baby. They definitely know how to have a good time!

So our original plan for tonight was to head to MK for HEA and EMH (that's a whole lot of acronyms). Everyone voted for an early night instead so we snagged a last minute ADR at San Angel Inn, had a great dinner and then got to watch Illuminations as we headed to the International Gateway. Riding a friendship boat back to Boardwalk. Tomorrow is an early morning, we're rope dropping HS so they can all get on SDD.
