I was not making fun of your concern, I was simply making an opportune joke. Your concern is fine! Are you saying that to make fun of my concern? Because I don’t want live action remakes replace animated versions Of these animated classics.
Okay, pardon my my jumping to conclusions.I was not making fun of your concern, I was simply making an opportune joke. Your concern is fine!
No worries at all. To your actual concern, there’s no chance the animated character is replaced, and for now, let’s be happy that this version of Ariel is getting some time at the park!Okay, pardon my my jumping to conclusions.
I’ll try.No worries at all. To your actual concern, there’s no chance the animated character is replaced, and for now, let’s be happy that this version of Ariel is getting some time at the park!
It is actually quite possible that some or all the remakes will gain popularity in the future. Just because we don’t like them, it doesn’t mean the’ll fade into oblivion.I'm tired of all the live action remakes of animated classics. That said, Halle Bailey seems well cast and has a beautiful youthful voice. In 50 years, the animated classics will remain. The live action remakes will go the way of "Cinderella 47"- no one will care or remember.
The generation who grew up with the direct to DVD sequels think of a lot of them as underrated classics. I myself really like the Cinderella 3's and Mulan 2's of the world; I won't be surprised if some people will think of the live actions in a similar way.It is actually quite possible that some or all the remakes will gain popularity in the future. And Angelina Jolie's Maleficent.Emma Stone's Cruella appeared in OBB if you count that.
Its funny I would say do live action characters in DCA at Hollywoodland but that would still be confusing since thats where we actually have a Little Mermaid attraction.I’m not a fan of swapping characters but I watched a few videos and have to admit it was cool seeing how much this meant to many of the people meeting her.
Disney has kind of created a situation now, do they make this permanent to give more people this experience (and have 2 Ariel’s in the park), remove the original Ariel and risk a political firestorm, or keep this temporary and deny people the opportunity?
Seeing how important this is to people makes me a little more excited for Tianas additions but it also makes me wish they’d created a new story and given the parks a permanent new character.
This also makes me want to see Joe from Soul in the parks.
She looks beautiful.
