Hard disagree on that one. The only thing that will stop them is a few of these being major flops in a row. Not slightly underperforming but undeniable flop, Snow white style. And that's not even a gimme as we saw with stitch. As long as every few there's a hit, they are going to keep chasing it. They will start remaking the remakes if they have to. But they still have pixar and plenty of traditional animated films to try and milk. So we don't need to worry about that yet.Eventually they're going to run out of originals to remake.

Or Pretty Woman, or The Jerky Boys Movie, or The Ref, or The Program, or quite a few others all released under Buena Vista Pictures, ie Disney.Always enjoy pointing out that a movie like Con Air was produced and distributed by The Walt Disney Company
I bet the average person (one that does not follow all the Disney news)thinks of Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Cars as Disney even before Disney bought PixarI'm talking about Live-Action remakes of Disney animated features. Or sequels to recent Disney animated features.
Calling a Pixar movie "a Disney animated feature" to me is inaccurate at best, and deliberately misleading at worse.
Don't be silly...How about Muppets Toy Story!
They can set it at Christmas time instead of a birthday. Gonzo could play the Woody part. Rizo could be Slinky Rat. Kermit could narrate. Miss Piggy from Pigs in Space could be Buzz Lightyear.
Hey now, Disney already has enough dumb ideas. We certainly don't need to give them more. Especially when it comes to the Muppets. How about Muppets Toy Story!

Awe cmon, a remake of The Christmas Toy (1986)? That’s just plain sacrilege. How about Muppets Toy Story!

The Christmas Toy was a classic Muppet Christmas special that came out ten years before Toy Story. The plot and characters are very similar.Hey now, Disney already has enough dumb ideas. We certainly don't need to give them more. Especially when it comes to the Muppets.
